The Home

A home, not a hallway.

854 Bonneville was restored with the kind of small decisions that make a place feel lived-in — hardwood floors, real plants, kitchen tools that work, soft light. Private bedrooms, shared common areas, and quiet enough to hear yourself think.

Rooms are furnished and ready. Everything you'd expect from a well-run home, without the hassle of a traditional lease.

Questions

You're probably wondering.

How is this different from a regular lease?
PadSplit is week-to-week and all-inclusive. No credit checks against a 12-month lease, no first-and-last, no separate utility setup. You pay weekly and everything is folded into that one number.
Who else will I be living with?
Every member is background-checked, income-verified, and agreeing to the same house rules. You'll share common spaces (kitchen, living, bath depending on layout) — your bedroom is private and lockable.
Can I tour the home before applying?
Sign up on PadSplit first (it's free). Once you're verified, you can request a tour directly through the platform. We'll meet you there.
What's actually in the room?
Bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, dresser, fresh linens, overhead and bedside lighting, window treatment. Bring your clothes and your laptop — the rest is handled.
How long can I stay?
As long as you want. PadSplit memberships renew weekly. Some members stay a few weeks, some stay years — both are fine.
What if something breaks?
Text us. Seriously. We live nearby and handle repairs fast. For anything urgent, PadSplit has a 24/7 support line as a backup.
